From the makers of the original "dark sky" light fixture comes the new Crawford Series decorative luminaires with a black color finish. Named after Dr. David Crawford, longtime dark sky advocate and founder of the International Dark Sky Association, the new GlareBuster Crawford series is the perfect combination of advanced dark sky performance and energy efficienty, set in a classic lantern design. Like the award-winning original GlareBuster, this attractive new series is engineered to meet the most stringent green building standards and outdoor lighting codes.

The Crawford collection is offered in three wall-mount lantern sizes. It includes an energy-saving GU24 CFL and an integrated photocell, insuring the fixture is off during daylight hours. With a GU24-base CFL, any wattage GU24 base CFL may be used in this fixture.

This is a high quality fixture with a cast aluminum housing. Note that this fixture intentionally does not have vertical glass panels in the lower portion of the fixture, insuring that all the light is directed downward, rather than diffused horizontally.
