The products that are available through this E-Store and have already had the appropriate product rebates deducted from the purchase price, so there is nothing to mail in.

RETAIL SHOWERHEAD PURCHASES: A qualifying high-performance energy efficient showerhead (one with a maximum flow rate of 1.8 gpm at 80 psi) purchased through any local retailer is eligible for a $10.00 rebate. A mail-in showerhead rebate form is available to be used for purchases of up to 3 qualifying high-performance, energy efficient showerheads. Questions about showerhead rebates relating to purchases through a retail store should be directed to 866-542-4767.
 
RETAIL THERMOSTAT PURCHASES: A qualifying programmable thermostat purchased through any local retailer is eligible for a $25.00 rebate. A mail-in thermostat rebate form is available to be used for purchases of up to 2 qualified thermostats. Questions about thermostat rebates relating to purchases through a retail store should be directed to 866-542-4767.
