This ceiling dome from TCP has a copper patina finish and a textured glass diffuser. It uses a 40 watt circular lamp, delivering 2,850 lumens of light. This is brighter than the amount of light produced by a 100 watt incandescent light bulb. Unique to TCP compact fluorescent fixtures is their use of a snap-in replaceable ballast - so if the ballast ever fails (it is rated to last for 50,000 hours) the fixture does not have to be replaced.
