This brass table lamp from Technical Consumer Products (TCP) is a dedicated compact fluorescent table lamp. This means that you will never have to be concerned about an incandescent light bulb being used in this fixture, since there is no socket for an incandescent light bulb to be screwed into - only a lamp holder for a circular 32 watt fluorescent bulb. The socket is controlled by a three-way switch, allowing for three distinct levels of light. At its lowest setting the light output is roughly equivalent to that of a 40 to 55 watt incandescent lightbulb, and at the high setting the light level is equivalent to a 125 watt incandescent light bulb.
The lamp fixture itself has a polished brass finish. The shade is made of white pleated fabric.
