These are 4-pin replacement lamps for use in specific older-model desk and floor lamps, particularly those formerly manufactured under the Lightwiz brand by Harmony Lighting (since acquired by Litetronics). The 72 watt Harmony Lightwiz Cambridge and Amherst torchieres uses this 40 watt 2C lamp, as well as Harmony Lighting's Dimmable Table Lamp.
