This unique lamp is for use in Lights of America's FluoreX 42 watt outdoor fixtures, including LOA fixture models 9042 and 9043. It has a base like a conventional light bulb, but realize that it will only work in these particular dedicated compact fluorescent fixtures - as the lamps depend on the fixture's integrated ballast to operate.
