This is the easiest-to-install interior window kit available, suitable for indoor use on painted wood, aluminum, vinyl, and finished/varnished wood. Once in place, the plastic film will will be so clear you won't even know it's there. This size roll is suitable for up to three 36" x 60" windows.
To install, apply the special double-sided tape (included) to the sides and bottom of the molding. Starting in the upper left corner, apply the pre-taped edge of the roll of film to the top molding, allowing for a 2" overhang on the sides and bottm, cutting the film to size witrh scissors. Remove the liner from the double sided tape, unfold the film and lightly press into place against the tape, adjusting as necessary until smooth. Once in position, press film firmly against the tape, and use a hair dryer for 30 seconds or so to shrink and tighten the film. Trim any excess film with scissor or a razor blade. At the end of the season, remove the film and tape.
