This reflector is a suitable replacement for a 25 to 40 watt 12 volt MR16 bulb. MR16s are commonly found in track lighting, retail displays and decorative home lighting.
It uses a small fluorescent tube to produce a white, 3,500 degree Kelvin color temperature light, drawing just 5 watts of electricity. With a rated life of 10,000 hours it will last longer than a standard MR16 halogen bulb.
