MaxLite R40 FloodMax

This R-40 reflector flood is suitable for use in non-dimming recessed cans and high hats. Being the same size and shape as an incandescent R-40 flood, in conventional depth cans this bulb will be flush with the face of the fixture. It uses a patented Air-Gap to help maximize bulb life in hot locations, and it has a frosted lens to help reduce glare.

This compact fluorescent light should not be used outdoors where it would be exposed to the elements, in poorly ventilated fixtures, or on dimming circuits. Use only with photocells, motion detectors, and electronic timers that are suitable for use with compact fluorescent light bulbs.
