This PAR38 reflector flood is an ideal replacement for 60 to 75 watt PAR38 outdoor floodights. It is suitable for use in wet locations in a "base-up" position (in other words, when directed downwards). Philips amalgam technology will allow the flood to provide stable light output over a broad range of temperatures. This reflector has met the U.S. Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory's requirements for use in elevated temperature applications, making it especially suitable for use in recessed cans.
