This unique wall-mount light fixture will deliver plenty of light onto a deck, driveway, or walkway, while not increasing glare, loss of starry sky, light trespass, or interfering with the behavior of animals attracted by artificial light. It is a forward-throw cut-off fixture that efficiently directs light toward the ground, and may be used with a conventional incandescent or compact fluorescent screw-in light bulb.
This is among the first fixtures to receive the Fixture Seal of Approval from the International Dark Sky Association as "Dark Sky Friendly". It is a high quality fixture with a cast aluminum housing, powder coat finish (bronze), and a clear glass diffuser. Included with the fixture is a mounting bracket, shingle-siding adapter, vinyl siding adapter, wiring clamp, wiring hole cap, wire nuts, and mounting screws. It uses a patented GlideLock™ mounting system designed to make installation on a flat wall, uneven surface (e.g. stucco), vinyl siding, or shingle siding easy.
It is available in a bronze color. Optional acessories include eave-mount brackets for installing beneath an eave, and Watt Stopper's motion sensor (only white available), that can mount directly to the knockout on the GlareBuster.
