This quality ceiling fixture combines the reliability of magnetic ballasts with quick-start lamp technology to deliver the light of a 100 watt incandescent fixture. With two 13 watt quad quick-start lamps there is none of the start-up flicker that is typically associated with magnetic ballasts. The fixture has a clear ribbed glass diffuser and a steel housing with a brass finish.
