Philips EnduraLED 12 A19 lamp provides energy efficient illumination using only 12 watts of electricity. The 25,000 hour life will eliminate repeated re-lamping. This high efficacy LED light contains no mercury, emits virtually no UV/IR light, will not fade colors, and will provide an even, diffuse light source. It is a suitable replacement for a 60 watt incandescent light bulb. The light is dimmable down to 10% of full light level. This lamp is considered omnidirectional, in that the light will be projected in all directions.
Note: Don't be confused by the apparent color of this light bulb. Even though the color of the diffuser on this bulb is yellow when not illuminated, when it's on the color produced is warm white. In the video below is a demonstration of this effect.
Note: Philips Lighting's 10w Endura LED (EFI # 1100.153) is no longer available. This 12w EnduraLED is a good alternative.
