This double sided LED exit sign has a white polycarbonate housing with red LEDs as the light source. It features a "push to test" switch, 25 year LEDs, and a universal snap-fit mounting canopy for mounting on either the ceiling or wall. It draws 2.4 watts of electricity for AC operation. The battery is a 6 volt, maintenance free nickel cadmium battery, able to provide 1.5 hours of operation in the event of a power outage. It has automatic brownout protection and a low voltage disconnect to prevent overcharging of the battery. It is listed for use in damp locations.
