This 2-pin GE 13 watt twin lamp is appropriate for use in magnetically-ballasted fixtures. It has an integral electronic starter to provide instant start lighting, without the initial flicker common with magnetically-ballasted fixtures. This model has a 2,700 degree Kelvin color temperature, which is a "warm white" color.
