This Philips Energy Saver Outdoor Postlight is designed for outdoor use in weather-protected fixtues. It has a shatter-resistant, transluscent cover to both reduce glare and protect the lamp, amalgam technology to provide stable light output in both cold and warm temperatures, and a 7 year manufacturer product guarantee.
