This 20 watt light bulb will provide the same amount of light as an incandescent 75 watt light bulb, saving 40 to 55 watts of electricity. That is only the obvious benefit. The tri-chromatic phosphors in the bulb provides a quality of light similar to that produced by soft white incandescent light bulbs. The amalgam technology used by Philips helps to provide stable light output over a range of indoor and outdoor applications.
