These filters are for use with Fantech CM3000 series Whole House Air Cleaners. The pre-filter and carbon filters come together in the same package. These filters should be replaced evert three months. The HEPA filter is available seperarely, and needs to be replaced every 2 to 5 years, depending on proper maintenance of the pre-filters and the level of pollutants in the home.
