Lutron's Maestro Occupancy Sensor Wall Switch detects occupancy in a room, automatically turning the lights/fans on when someone enters and off when they leave to help save energy. This sensor features Lutron's XCT sensing technology that will detect even minor motion such as typing or reading, ensuring lights are not turned off while someone is still in the room. The sensor also has an ambient light sensor, allowing it to be set so that lights stay off if there is sufficient natural light available.
- Shut-off can be set to 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes since the motion was last detected
- Works with fluorescent lights, LED lights, and exhaust fans
- Works with both single pole and multi-location applications, with no neutral wire required
- Wall-plate not included
